Younger Child Inpatient Focus Group

Pine Rest is in the planning phase for developing programming to address the needs of younger children in inpatient psychiatric treatment as a part of the new Pediatric Center of Behavioral Health, opening Spring 2026.
If your child has received inpatient psychiatric services, please consider participating in a 90-minute focus group. We’ll ask questions about the care your child received, any obstacles faced while accessing care, and way we could have made your child’s experience even better. We want to make these programs the absolute best they can be, and your opinions and input play a huge role in enhancing our services!

We are seeking participation and insights from parents or caregivers of patients that received inpatient care as a young child (12 years or younger at time of treatment). All focus groups will be in person in Grand Rapids, Michigan at our 68th Street SE Campus.
We are planning 3 focus group sessions in February 2025.
Refreshments will be provided.
- February 25: 4:00-5:30 p.m.
- February 26: 9:00-10:30 a.m.
- February 28: 9:00-10:30 a.m.
