The one-year Pine Rest Master’s Level Internship Program is designed to meet your school’s requirements for your final Master’s level internship for social work, counseling or psychology.  This internship provides exposure to the full spectrum of clinical experiences while allowing you to get an intense experience in the specialty of your choice.

Program Details

  • Dedicated placement in an inpatient, outpatient, psychological testing, residential or school setting
  • Receive exposure to the full spectrum of clinical care and career options
  • Multiple opportunities to provide direct patient care within each specialization
  • Dedicated supervisor will provide constructive on-going evaluations of performance, offer encouragement and mentoring, and ensure a well-rounded experience
  • Program hours individualized for your school’s requirements and will include didactic training (one hour/week), group supervision (one hour/week) and individual supervision (one hour/week)
  • Access to all personal and professional development events open to Pine Rest professional staff
  • Share your experience and grow professionally with a cohort of up to 16 master’s level interns
