What If I need to cancel my forensic evaluation and/or court testimony?

We understand that things can change quickly in the legal system and strive to be fair.

For cancellations with notice of more than 48 hours we are able to provide a refund of the retainer fee.

For cancellations with less notice or no notice this fee is forfeited.

We appreciate open and timely communication which allows us to respond appropriately and care for the specific needs of our clients.
