These evaluations are very often ordered by a judge during court proceedings, recommended by a retained lawyer, or required by academic or vocational settings. They can be useful in a wide variety of settings including civil and criminal litigation, disability, risk, and fitness for duty. Our team individually considers each request for forensic assessment to ensure it is an appropriate and answerable forensic question and that it is scheduled with the correct specialist in a timely manner.
