Telehealth System Upgrade Notice

We are upgrading our telehealth system for a better experience.

By mid February 2021, all telehealth activities and visits will take place within your MyChart account, streamlining your telehealth check-ins and pre-appointment paperwork and providing easier access to your visits.

  • Simply log-in to your MyChart to access your visit. No more need to search for the email with your appointment link.
  • Complete pre-appointment forms and check-in from your MyChart.
  • MyChart will send you appointment reminders.

Before February 10, we recommend you log-in to your MyChart to confirm you can access your account or sign up for a MyChart Account and are ready to connect to your next visit after the upgrade.
