    Adolescent Healthy Living Group (Online, for 13-15 year olds)

    The Adolescent Healthy Living Group is a recurring 12-week program designed to meet the needs of teens who are struggling with depression, anxiety or mood regulation problems. The 13-15 age group meets on Tuesdays, and the 16-19 age group meets on Thursdays.

    This group aims to support those who have a loved one struggling with a substance use disorder. Participants will receive education on addiction, co-dependency, trust, enabling, effective communication and many more essential coping skills.
