Campus Tours And Interviews
We are thrilled to offer a full continuum of behavioral health training. The Psychiatry Residency program launched on July 1, 2014 and has since grown into a large academic program offering opportunities to train in all areas of behavioral health care. Our residents are able to incorporate their passions into their training, with development of rotations in Veteran Mental Health and Women’s Mental Health for residents with those interests.
In 2020, through partnership with the State of Michigan and Michigan State University, Pine Rest developed a Rural Track Psychiatry Residency to train psychiatrists to work in the rural communities surrounding Traverse City.
Additionally, we offer fellowships in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, and Forensic Psychiatry.
