Day Programs
Partial Hospitalization Programs
Our Partial Hospitalization Programs (also known as Day Programs) are designed for adolescents who are struggling with a mental health challenge or eating disorder. Unlike mixed-age programs, ours are exclusively for young people, creating a safe space where they can connect with peers.
Our team of therapists, psychiatric providers, nurses and dieticians specialize in working with this age group and have a strong track record of helping kids make meaningful progress. Therapeutic activities may include group discussions, expressive arts, mindfulness exercises, and nutrition education, all designed to build coping skills and promote emotional growth. We also provide academic support so kids can stay on track with academics while focusing on their recovery.
Treatment is on weekdays with patients returning home evenings and weekends—maintaining vital connections to family, school and community. Families are actively involved throughout the process, learning how to support healing at home and beyond.
