Even with insurance, unexpected health care needs can become financial burdens for individuals and families. Pine Rest has two payment plan options that make paying overtime easy and affordable, we offer short-term in-house and extended payment plans.
Short-Term Payment Plan
Our in-house payment plan offers up to 24-month terms with 0% interest.
Set up an in-house payment plan through MyChart or by calling Customer Service.
Extended Payment Plan
Pine Rest partners with Commerce Bank to offer an extended payment arrangement through the Health Services Financing (HSF) program that allows for an easy and affordable way to pay your medical bills over time.
Program Benefits
- Patients and families are eligible for HSF® regardless of whether they have insurance, and without requiring a credit check
- HSF® requires only a verbal commitment and has no set-up fees, charges or penalties for early payoffs, and patients can consolidate charges to one account with one monthly payment
- Affordable long-term payment options of 24, 36, 48 or 60-months terms available at 0% interest
