The process to pay your bill online is easy, secure and allows you to choose from a variety of methods for payment.
You will need the following patient information to pay your bill on-line:
- Guarantor ID and Name*

Pine Rest is Going Paperless for Patients with a MyChart Account
Effective February 16, 2024, Pine Rest patients with an active MyChart account will be enrolled in paperless billing automatically and no longer receive bills in the mail. If you have already opted out of paperless billing, you will continue to receive paper statements.
When a new bill is available, you will receive a notice through the MyChart mobile app and through the email linked to your MyChart account.
If you would like to receive paper statements, you have the option to cancel paperless billing. To opt out of paperless billing, through your MyChart account.
