The practice of mindfulness is to simply observe our thoughts, feelings and actions without passing judgment. By practicing mindfulness, we can create a habit of awareness to the urge to self-judgment, replacing that self-judgment with compassion.
Mindfulness can improve our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and help you be more resilient during stressful times. Don’t worry, you don’t need to do formal mediation to reap the benefits. Many routine activities lend themselves to practicing mindfulness.
