Registration is now open for ‘Unity in Nursing’, the 3rd annual Pine Rest Psychiatric Nursing Conference!
This conference is open to nurses from any organization and will take place on September 17, 2026, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, at the Pine Rest Postma Center. This year’s theme, “Unity in Nursing—Building Skills, Strengthening Practice,” reflects Pine Rest’s commitment to supporting nurses with the tools, insights and community they need to thrive in today’s behavioral health landscape.
We’re especially excited to welcome Renee Thompson, DNP, RN, FAONL, FAAN, CSP® as our keynote speaker. Dr. Thompson is widely recognized for her work in creating healthier, more respectful work environments, and she brings a practical, energizing approach that resonates deeply with nursing teams.
Attendee perks include:
- Engaging presentations led by nursing experts and behavioral health specialists
- Practical strategies you can bring back to your unit or practice
- Opportunities to connect with fellow nurses who share your passion
- Up to 6 nursing contact hours
- … and much more!
The Psychiatric Nursing Conference is more than an educational event—it’s a chance to bring our nursing community together, recharge our shared purpose, and strengthen the practice of psychiatric and mental health nursing across the region. Cost is $125 per attendee or $25 per undergrad nursing student.
(No charge for current Pine Rest staff.)
