Congratulations to our latest DAISY Award honoree, Mirhioll St. Amour, RN-BSN!
Since joining the Elm Unit at Pine Rest in 2023, Mirhioll has made a lasting impact through her clinical excellence, compassionate care and unwavering dedication to both patients and colleagues. From the very beginning, her kind nature and professionalism has stood out. In fact, Elm Unit Manager Monica Smith was so impressed during Mirhioll’s interview that she immediately asked Chief Nurse Executive Gretchen Johnson to meet her.
“Hiring Mirrhoil was a great decision for Pine Rest,” says Johnson. “She is a professional psychiatric nurse who makes all of our patients feel valued, seen and cared for!”
That same sentiment was echoed by the patients who nominated her for this honor.
