We’re happy to share that Pine Rest has been named a 2022 Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness winner, by the National Association for Business Resources! The program identifies and honors organizations that promote employee well-being, worksite health and wellness.
To receive this Best and Brightest in Wellness recognition, the 2022 winning companies were evaluated by an assessment created and administered by leading wellness systems firm. Entries are examined statistically for quantitative and qualitative data. Each survey was scored on a point system based upon criteria to benchmark and improve wellness program effectiveness. They include outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation & incentives, benefits and programs, leadership, employee input, culture, and environment.
Through initiatives like Great Place to Work, Pine Rest has made employee wellness a high priority and we are excited to accept this award. Through our Great Place to Work efforts to identify, prioritize, and put into action recommendations for improvement, proposed by our employees, we have already created additional pathways for employee growth and development through Education Assistance and Student Loan Repayment Assistance programs, we have implemented wage increases, and we have increased staff appreciation efforts.
Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness winning companies will be honored during the Illuminate Business Summit week-long conference and celebration November 7-10, 2022. Michigan’s Best and Brightest in Wellness winners award ceremony is on November 9, 2022.
