Leading a team of 25 HR specialists, Andrew has worked tirelessly to increase employee retention and recruitment while reducing open positions and staff turnover. Innovative efforts such as Pine Rest’s “Great Place to Work” program and Nursing Student Academy have helped attract and retain the talent needed to help our organization continue moving forward as the country’s third largest non-profit behavioral health provider and largest behavioral health provider in Michigan.
