Want to learn more about your mental health and how to cope with some of life’s most difficult challenges? Jean Holthaus, LISW, LMSW, will be offering expert advice on a range of mental health topics throughout May and into June on WOODTV’s Daily Two program!

Jean Holthaus is Pine Rest’s Outpatient Regional Director and manager of the Telehealth Clinic. She has been providing outpatient therapy since 1995, specializing in Anxiety Disorders, Depression, PMAD, Couples and Marital Counseling and more. For this series, Jean will be covering a variety of mental health awareness topics, including:

  • The importance of talking about suicide
  • Strategies for changing our habits
  • Mental health in the workplace
