Dr. Binh Dinh – Outpatient & Recovery Services
Since joining Pine Rest in 2019, Dr. Binh Dinh has become a highly respected clinician, teacher and leader both within the Caledonia Clinic and throughout Pine Rest’s network. As one of the lead psychiatrists for the second-year APP training program, he has shaped the next generation of providers with humility, patience and unmatched clinical insight. Colleagues report that Dr. Dinh is known for empowering, supporting and “uplifting” the entire team, both improving care and strengthening collaboration across disciplines.
Patients and Pine Rest colleagues consistently report that Dr. Dinh “truly cares” and has made a meaningful difference in their lives. His thoughtful, calm approach to complex cases, combined with his commitment to education and collaboration, has resulted in transformative outcomes for patients who previously struggled to engage in treatment. Advanced Practice Providers under his mentorship regularly express appreciation for the clarity, support and confidence he brings to their work.
Dr. Dinh is considered a go-to resource for complex pharmacological questions and is known for his willingness to find time to “fit in” an additional patient visit, no matter how busy the day. His interactions with patients and coworkers alike embody advocacy, empathy and excellence.
Dr. Kellen Stilwell – Hospital & Acute Services
Dr. Kellen Stilwell completed both his psychiatry residency and Child & Adolescent Fellowship at Pine Rest and now serves as the lead psychiatrist for the Lotus Residential Program and the Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Disorders Unit. He is also a cornerstone of Pine Rest’s Inpatient Child & Adolescent team, known for his clinical excellence, as well as his initiative and unwavering commitment to patients, families, and staff.
Colleagues frequently describe Dr. Stilwell as “phenomenal,” a physician who goes above and beyond in every aspect of care. He develops strong relationships with his colleagues and appreciates the unique insight each role on the team can provide. Dr. Stilwell is praised for the deep compassion he brings to each interaction with those we serve and his dedication to truly understanding and supporting the whole person. His strength-based, culturally sensitive approach to psychoeducation has left families feeling empowered, supported and confident in the treatment process. His leadership, presence and passion for evidence-based care make him an invaluable part of our Pine Rest community.
