Community members are invited to drop off their unwanted/unused prescription drugs or medication of any type to be disposed of safely and securely on National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, Saturday, October 28, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., no questions asked.
Pine Rest is partnering with Corewell Health, Priority Health, the Kent County Health Department and Families Against Narcotics to offer collection sites at several locations throughout Grand Rapids, with the goal of safely removing excess medications from homes and communities in order to eliminate risk of accidental ingestion, theft or drug misuse.
