Onsite and Virtual Care Available
We are providing telehealth services for most treatment during COVID-19 including psychiatry. In addition, we are now offering limited in-person treatment for individuals who are ineligible for or unable to use teletherapy. Please contact your physician for a referral.
Pine Rest Lakeland Clinic
Psychiatric Access Clinic
The Pine Rest Lakeland Clinic provides southwestern Michigan with greater access to psychiatric services including medication management assessment and consultation. The new clinic was formed in partnership with Spectrum Health Lakeland. In order to facilitate rapid access, this clinic currently only accepts referrals directly from medical providers.
The Pine Rest Lakeland Clinic team will see you for an evaluation and work with you to establish an appropriate medication management plan. Once this plan has been established, you will be transferred back to your medical care team.
Instead of meeting only with a psychiatric provider, the Pine Rest Lakeland Clinic uses a team of specialists. The team includes:
- A psychiatrist, physician’s assistant or nurse practitioner
- A psychologist, social worker or counselor
- A medical assistant
With this team approach, each member of the team can focus on their area of expertise, creating a quality experience. Similar to a visit to your primary care provider or another specialist, the therapist and medical assistant will spend time with you to go over your past history, current symptoms and medications, before you meet with the psychiatric provider.
If you would like to be seen at the Lakeland Clinic, talk with your provider about a referral.
