Helping Patients
Providing Financial Assistance
No one should have to choose whether or not to get care for depression, anxiety, marital difficulties, dementia, stress or addictions because of the cost of treatment. Thanks to a generous and compassionate community, financial assistance is available through the Pine Rest Patient Assistance Fund.

Pine Rest is engaged in helping to improve access and quality of care in a variety of ways through our endowment funds, supporting research, innovation and special projects and initiatives.
Improving Facilities
As we grow the capacity of our existing facilities to serve more patients, the Pine Rest Foundation raises funds to add and update psychiatric units. Recent facility improvements have included:
- New Psychological Consultation Center office on Byron Center
- Newly renovated and expanded Residential Detox and Short Term Facilities
- New Caledonia Clinic office
- Renovations to the Pine Rest Christian Homes
Promoting Excellence
Pine Rest is committed to offering many professional educational opportunities for staff and community practitioners to promote clinical excellence and excellent care for everyone in the communities we serve.
Programs range include educational programs for physicians, physician assistants, nurses, psychologist, therapists, chaplains, community leaders and more. In addition to programming, Pine Rest provides tuition assistance to employees.
