The Rooted in Resilience psychotherapy group is a recurring 8-week program offered virtually through Pine Rest, designed to meet the needs of persons currently pregnant and up to one year postpartum, who are struggling with symptoms of Perinatal Mood or Anxiety Disorder (PMAD).

The Trauma-Informed Yoga Group meets weekly and is focused on stress reduction and developing a stronger and safer connection to the body through gentle yoga movement, breathing and mindfulness practices.
