Research reveals that addressing workplace violence, bullying, and incivility are top challenges for nurses today. Yet, these behaviors continue. The good news is that with targeted interventions, organizations have achieved lower turnover, higher employee engagement, and stronger team relationships. This session will equip nurses and nurse leaders with practical strategies to tackle these workplace disruptions, providing them with the knowledge, skills, and tools to cultivate safer, more respectful, and healthier workplace cultures.
