‘Grieving Together’ Monthly Class

If you are an adult struggling with grief over the loss of loved one, this virtual monthly class is for you. You may be wondering what is normal, what helps, what hurts, what more to expect, and how to best move forward.

This virtual class, facilitated by clinical therapist Grace J. Wojdak, will provide:

• Information about the grief process
• Normalization of common grief experiences
• Opportunities to connect with others who are grieving

There will be time each month for sharing information and experiences, receiving support, alongside other folks who are grieving.

Registration:

This class is open to all adults (18+) who are grieving the death of a loved one. Advance registration is required, and the registration deadline is always one week prior to the class date.

This is an open-ended class so that someone can continue coming on an ongoing basis if desired, but they can also just come once to try it out. Please call the Pine Rest Portage Clinic 269.910.7327 for information and to sign up.

Payment:
