Critical Incident Response

Any traumatic incident occurring at work or away from work that significantly impacts an individual or work team is termed a Critical Incident. Pine Rest EAP offers onsite, virtual, and telephonic support via our Critical Incident Response (CIR) services.

When tragedy strikes, our team of specially trained clinicians is available within hours to provide stabilization and management consultation to guide leadership, leadership debriefing, and recommendations. Resiliency training, group facilitation, and on-site individual support is available for your team. Services are discounted for partner organizations.

We’re available via phone, video conference or on the ground support to help leadership, employees and those you serve deal with unforeseen traumatic events.
