Counseling Services
We ensure your people and those in their households can access services from experts when and where it’s most convenient for them. We have over 300 Michigan-licensed psychologists, social workers and professional counselors available in our network and partnerships to serve any of your out-of-state staff or members.
24/7 EAP Hotline
Pine Rest EAP members may access immediate support from a clinician 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days of the year.
Confidential Counseling Services
Free, confidential counseling sessions are provided via teletherapy, in-person, or when accessing our Psychiatric Urgent Care Center.
- 3-, 5- or 7-session models
- Only at Pine Rest will your employee retain their therapist if they desire to continue services as a part of our Continuing Care Pledge.
- As different concerns arise, we continue to support your employees. For example, when an employee has used their 5 sessions to successfully cope with depression and a new concern presents, they will receive 5 more free counseling sessions for the new episode of care.
Same-Day Counseling
If you need a same day appointment, we want to meet you where you are. When you call in and ask to set up an appointment, you will be given the option of being seen that same day via teletherapy.
