EAP and CRISIS RESPONSE SERVICES

Employee, Church and School Assistance Programs

Life’s ups and downs affect everyone. Emotional problems, marital crisis, legal concerns, financial stress, substance use issues and family care arrangements are just some of the issues that could be affecting many of your employees, members or those you serve. Addressing them can result in better health, energy, focus and performance and higher morale for your organization.

Crisis Response Services

When tragedies occur, employees and those you serve look for your leadership. Pax Crisis Response provides expert crisis incident training, consultation and response to support you during and after a crisis.

Employers

A healthy, non-distracted employee is more likely to be a productive employee. When employers contract with our EAP, your employees can receive confidential, comprehensive services at no cost to them. Services can be purchased in a variety of packages. Plus we offer management consultation, education and critical incident responses to your leadership. We tailor these programs to your needs whether a business, church, university, school system, municipality or organization of any size.
