Heather Treib has been promoted to manager of operations for Pine Rest’s hospital based services on the main campus. Treib has worked for Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services for more than eight years and is a strong advocate for the right tools and resources needed for efficiency. Her diverse background includes training and education, clinical informatics, balanced scorecard, LEAN process improvement and project management.
Treib is certified in LEAN principles for health care from University of Michigan’s College of Engineering and Balanced Scorecard strategic planning from the Balanced Scorecard Institute. Heather also became a mission centered leader from the Trinity Health University. She graduated with a bachelor’s in science from Aquinas College.
