Beginning July 5, Pine Rest will display a selection of Michael P. Stewart’s oil paintings. The exhibit will be located in the Postma Center Leep Art Gallery at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, 300 68th Street, Grand Rapids.

Stewart has lived in Michigan since his college days.
His paintings have taken the first place “People’s Choice Award” at both the 2010 and 2011 Tulip Time Art Show, sponsored by Holland Friends of Art, and his work was also displayed in the prestigious ArtPrize 2010 competition in Grand Rapids. His paintings have been in several public exhibits and hang in several private collections throughout North America.
