Hospital Based Services
Our Hospital Contact Center is staffed 24/7 with licensed clinicians trained to discuss each individual’s unique situation and determine the appropriate level of treatment required. Call 616.455.9200 or 800.678.5500. TTY line available at 616.281.6446.
Psychiatric Urgent Care. Providing same-day, in person psychiatric assessments for adults. Telehealth assessments also available.
Inpatient Hospitalization. Our inpatient units are tailored specifically to meet the needs of individuals with depression and other mood disorders requiring 24/7 care in a setting that provides safety and security during crisis stabilization. Children, teens, young adults, adults and older adults are treated in separate units.
Partial Hospitalization (Day Programs). Short-term, intensive daily treatment allows patients to return home in the evening.

Outpatient Services
Over 220 highly trained psychiatrists and psychologists provide a broad spectrum of quality care including psychiatry, therapy, consultation, assessment, counseling and specialty treatments for all ages in convenient, welcoming environments.
Individual Therapy & Teletherapy. Our clinicians are trained to provide many different psychotherapy treatments including:
- Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT)
- Interpersonal therapy (IPT)
Groups & Classes. We offer a variety of therapy and support groups for individuals with depression or other mood disorder.
Neuromodulation Therapies. These techniques use electrical or magnetic currents to stimulate or alter brain activity.
- Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS): The latest in depression treatment, TMS is a non-invasive, non-drug outpatient therapy approved by the FDA
- Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT): Safe and effective treatment for the symptoms of major depression, bipolar, schizoaffective disorder and other diagnoses
