While working with clients, Wade relies on a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each person’s individual needs. He uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help explore and reframe thoughts that may be impacting well-being, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to focus on clarifying values and moving toward actions that align with them. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) offers valuable skills for managing emotions and building resilience, while the Gottman Method is utilized to strengthen and enhance relationships. Wade’s approach is also mindful, helping clients increase their awareness of how to manage distress and move toward lasting healing and peace.
Wade’s clients can expect to gain clarity about their values and learn practical skills to live authentically and relate meaningfully to others. Clients will work with Wade to explore ways to manage stress and anxiety while building self-compassion and acceptance. Wade also encourages his clients to identify and create the life they want to live, setting personalized goals that align with core values. Clients will find a safe place to heal, learn strategies to move beyond merely coping, and begin thriving as they cultivate the life they truly desire. Through this process, clients will gain the tools needed to find clarity, healing and lasting change.
