“I’m committed to providing compassionate, collaborative neuropsychological services that empower individuals and families to navigate life’s challenges. I believe in the power of integrating clinical expertise with a personal, supportive approach to create lasting positive outcomes.”

Stevie completed her PhD in School Psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology at Ball State University, where she received clinical training in culturally-sensitive psychological, psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessments across the lifespan. During her graduate studies, Stevie spent two years conducting school-based evaluations for special education placements and developing evidence-based academic and behavioral interventions. She also gained experience working in private practice, conducting neuropsychological evaluations for individuals of all ages.

With her background in school-based services and knowledge of educational policy and procedures, Stevie is a strong advocate for pediatric patients and their families. During her internship year, she worked in a community-based mental health care facility, providing therapy to individuals with complex trauma, stress-related disorders, and other emotional and behavioral challenges.

At the Pine Rest BRAINS Clinic, Stevie provides collaborative neuropsychological services, with clinical interests that include ADHD, learning disorders, autism spectrum disorder, memory disorders, traumatic brain injuries, movement disorders, and genetic conditions, among other medically complex concerns. In therapy, Stevie utilizes an integrative approach that combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices, such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness, behavioral activation (BA), solution-focused approaches, and motivational interviewing. She is eager to work with a diverse range of patients and is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for a variety of referral concerns.

Stevie Knight participates in the Diversity Collective.
