“Caring about others and seeking to support those who are struggling is engrained in the very core of who I am. I find it a unique privilege to understand others for who they’ve had to be in the past to who they are now, and who they are striving to become in the world. As humans, we know that life sometimes comes with unexpected twists and turns, and I approach my role of helping others navigate these transitions with great pride and compassion. My goal is to explore and fine tune your values and needs through insight building and committed action in a warm and authentic environment.”
Stephanie appreciates a collaborative, supportive and validating approach to partnering with individuals in finding meaning and purpose in life. You can expect therapy to focus on understanding how patterns, self-concept, relationships and circumstances can lead to undesirable outcomes. Stephanie will work with you to strategize ways to take small steps toward hope and carving new paths forward.
Stephanie utilizes various evidence-based therapy models that incorporate tailored interventions associated with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths Based, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic and Holistic Focuses. She focuses on working alongside clients to explore and identify needs, examine thinking patterns and acquire valuable coping skills to reach their desired potential. Sessions may involve a mix of processing, crafting personalized exercises and exploring how to apply strategies to real life. Clients are encouraged to show up fully and safely as themselves, engage in content and share feedback throughout the course of treatment to ensure needs are being met.
