She works with adolescents and adults (ages 13+), ensuring that each person feels heard, validated and empowered in their therapeutic process. Sara believes in fostering a collaborative and gentle environment, where clients can gain insight, develop coping strategies and make meaningful changes without pressure or judgment.
Sara utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to best support her clients. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy. As a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), Sara has specialized expertise in substance use treatment and also works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions and personal growth.
