“I’m driven by a deep commitment to helping people feel accepted just as they are. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be their true selves, without fear of judgment. My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins with connection, and I strive to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges, uncover their strengths, and find meaning and purpose in their journey.”
Sara takes a collaborative approach, working together with clients to develop goals that are personalized and meaningful to them. Clients can expect a warm and non-judgmental space to explore issues that are important to them. Sessions may involve gaining insight into thoughts and emotions, developing effective communication skills, and processing unpredictable life changes. Sara’s clients are encouraged to provide feedback on what is or isn’t helpful for them.
Sara uses an interpersonal approach that integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems, and motivational interviewing techniques. She strives to help clients explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, honor their strengths, and achieve personal growth.
