I am primarily Native American with my bloodline including two tribes from both my grandmother and grandfather. I grew up learning and practicing my native culture with my family in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (Marquette) where I was raised and graduated with my Master’s from Northern Michigan University. As an adult I lived on tribal land in tribal housing as a young, single mom where I experienced many of the commonly known, as well as unknown, stereotypes, and discriminations on a personal level.

My education and life experiences allow me to offer a culturally competent, relaxed, empowering, compassionate, and empathetic therapeutic practice where I hope you feel safe to be 100% completely yourself, free of judgment and discrimination.
