“As a mental health therapist, I believe that true well-being stems from the harmony of mind and body. I enjoy working to emphasize the interconnectedness of physical and mental health, creating holistic treatment plans that address both aspects of a person’s life. From managing stress and anxiety through mindfulness to recognizing the role of nutrition, sleep and exercise/movement in one’s emotional health, my clients can expect a collaborative and integrative approach where we explore the ways physical health impacts emotional well-being—and vice versa. By understanding this dynamic relationship, I strive to empower individuals to make meaningful changes that promote resilience, balance and personal growth.”
