Bob became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 1991 and enjoys working with individuals of all ages, specializing in adults, adolescents and families. His areas of expertise include ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. Having spent more than half of his career as a clinical supervisor at Community Mental Health, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his therapeutic work. He has specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) through the Rational Living Therapy Institute, trauma-focused CBT for children and adolescents, and motivational interviewing.
Bob grew up in West Michigan and began his career in adolescent residential services before moving to Central Michigan. He has recently returned to the area, bringing his experience and passion for helping individuals overcome life’s challenges. Bob earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University (GO GREEN!) and his Master of Social Work from Western Michigan University.
