Whether working through personal struggles, relationship dynamics or family transitions, Rhonda support clients in developing meaningful insights and practical steps that inspire change. Clients can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where they feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. Rhonda’s goal is to help each person work toward a life filled with purpose, resilience and joy.
Drawing from training in Systems theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)) and couples therapy, Rhonda tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. She integrate mindfulness practices and an interpersonal therapy lens to explore how relationship dynamics shape self-perception and emotional well-being.
In session, you can expect a collaborative and supportive environment where your voice and experience are important. Together, you and Rhonda will identify goals that are meaningful and achievable, and revisit these goals to track progress and adjust as needed. You will also focus on living intentionally in the moment and setting goals for the future. Rhonda encourages open feedback and views it as an essential part of the therapeutic relationship, ensuring that client work remains aligned with what feels most helpful and relevant.
