“I believe that there are many reasons why someone might pursue therapy, but a common thread unites them all: life is hard, and we need support to rise to the challenge. I believe human beings are at their best when they have strong, supportive connections with each other. My approach to therapy centers on building connections that uplift and inspire individuals to take meaningful steps toward the life they want as their authentic selves. The driving force for my approach to therapy is to empower you to achieve your goals, improve your interpersonal relationships, build self-confidence and self-compassion, and create a life worth living. It would be an honor and a privilege to link arms, so to speak, and take this journey together.”
