His goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected and empowered to take meaningful steps toward mental wellness.
Dr. Fox completed his undergraduate studies at Wheaton College before attending The Ohio State University School of Medicine for his medical training. He then pursued his psychiatric residency at the University of Rochester. As a longtime psychiatrist at Pine Rest, he values its rich educational offerings and continues to expand his knowledge to better understand people and their needs. With extensive experience in administering electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), he also played a key role in introducing transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to Grand Rapids, further advancing innovative treatment options in mental health care.
