Penelope Spencer is a licensed social worker who has been practicing clinical therapy in an outpatient setting since 2004. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University.
Penelope has spent the majority of her career working in the Community Mental Health System treating children, adolescents and adults. She has experience in treating all ages in a variety of formats including individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy. She has used various treatments including Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Brief Solution Focused therapy and Dialectical therapy to assist clients in reaching their personal goals.
Penelope enjoys working with individuals wanting to reach life goals, developmental goals, or wanting to build a more meaningful life.
