“I am passionate about helping individuals and families feel seen, heard and understood in moments that often feel overwhelming or uncertain. As a psychologist and neuropsychologist, I strive to bring both clarity and compassion to the assessment process – explaining complex findings in ways that are approachable, meaningful and grounded in best practice. I believe that being thorough doesn’t mean being impersonal; I aim to connect with each client in a genuine, down-to-earth way that fosters trust and validation. At the heart of my work is a commitment to making people feel supported, informed and empowered – never just assessed.”
Clients working with Nicole can expect a warm, flexible and inclusive environment where they feel welcomed, respected and heard. She takes a collaborative approach to assessment, valuing the insights and lived experiences of her clients and their families as essential pieces of the diagnostic puzzle. While she brings deep knowledge and clinical expertise to her work, she communicates with clarity and humility—confident in her role, but never assuming a one-size-fits-all perspective. Nicole is dedicated to creating a space that is neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ allied, and she strives to meet each client where they are with authenticity, compassion and curiosity. Her style is both thoughtful and approachable, helping clients feel supported and empowered throughout the assessment process.
