“I find deep fulfillment in helping people grow, change and become the best versions of themselves at any stage of life. I believe that no one is ever too old or too young to learn new ways to enhance their experiences and strengthen their relationships. Supporting individuals on their journey toward personal growth and well-being is both my passion and my purpose.”

Nancy creates a compassionate and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered throughout their journey of change. She is dedicated to providing both therapeutic and educational services, helping individuals build insight, develop coping strategies, and navigate personal growth with confidence and clarity.

Nancy is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic interventions, allowing her to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. She integrates these approaches to help clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and foster meaningful personal growth.

Nancy earned her Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Resources from Wayne State University in 1982 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 1987. With extensive experience in healthcare settings, she has been a dedicated member of Pine Rest since 2001, holding leadership roles in the Older Adult program and providing transitional care for individuals recently discharged from the hospital, as well as traditional therapy services. As an ally of the LGBTQ+ community, Nancy is committed to ensuring that individuals have access to safe, affirming treatment that supports their well-being.
