“I chose to become a psychiatrist because I believe mental health is the foundation of a fulfilling life. Too often, people struggle in silence, unsure of where to turn for help. My passion is providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps individuals regain control of their lives, find relief from their symptoms, and rediscover hope. Every person’s journey is unique, and I am committed to walking alongside my patients as they work toward healing and stability.”
At Pine Rest Northeast Clinic, Dr. Poulose offers a patient-centered approach to mental health care, treating adults facing a range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and schizophrenia.
