In 2001 Dr. Poulose completed medical school from the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Ukraine. He completed the first three years of the general adult psychiatry residency training from Berkshire Medical Center (BMC), Pittsfield, MA. During his training, he received the “Gerald L. Haidak ,M.D. Memorial Resident of The Year” award in 2011. He was an active member of the Resident Education Policy Committee and Residency Executive Committee. He was elected as Vice-President of the BMC Resident Council for the year 2011 to 2012.
His final year of psychiatry residency training was completed at Michigan State University in 2013. Areas of interest include: treating adults struggling with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, thought disorder including Schizophrenia and other psychiatric disorders.
