“I am deeply committed to helping individuals build a life worth living. My passion for therapy is driven by the genuine relationships I form with my clients. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel understood and valued. Through our work together, I aim to empower you to navigate life’s challenges, develop effective coping skills, and gain valuable insights into your behaviors. My approach is rooted in authenticity and compassion, ensuring that you feel supported every step of the way on your therapeutic journey.”

Molly’s therapeutic approach is rooted in a skills-based, collaborative framework that emphasizes radical genuineness. She works closely with clients to develop practical skills that promote healthier behaviors and foster resilience. By creating an authentic and supportive environment, she empowers individuals to navigate their challenges and build a fulfilling life.

Molly is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which allows her to help individuals manage intense emotions and change behaviors that get in the way of their goals. Additionally, she is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which is used to reprocess distressing events from one’s life, facilitating healing and emotional well-being.

Clients working with Molly can expect to develop effective coping skills that help manage stress, intense emotions, and distressing thoughts. Sessions are often agenda-focused with room for relationship building and laughter. Through the examination of behaviors, clients will gain insights into their patterns and learn strategies to modify ineffective actions, ultimately promoting personal growth and well-being.

Molly has a Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University. She is trained in DBT and EMDR and is part of the Comprehensive DBT Team at the Northwest Clinic. Molly is LGBTQIA+ affirming.
