“I am deeply committed to helping individuals with anxiety reclaim their lives. I understand how overwhelming anxiety can be, and I am particularly sensitive to how it often brings intense self-criticism, high personal standards and fear of judgment. My passion lies in creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can confront their fears without judgment and feel empowered to break free from the patterns that limit them. Through collaboration, empathy and the development of practical coping skills, I believe that change is not only possible, it’s likely.”
