“My goal is to create a space where individuals feel safe, validated and empowered to explore their identity. I strive to foster a warm, compassionate and judgment-free environment where we can collaboratively address challenges from the past, present or future. Whether you’re navigating relationship issues, trauma, addiction, depression or anxiety—you are not alone. Witnessing clients unburden themselves and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives is what fuels my passion for this work.”
