“I believe that everyone deserves to feel truly seen and heard without fear of judgment. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore your life, make sense of its parts, release what no longer serves you, and develop the skills and beliefs needed to heal, grow and feel at home in your own skin. I’m deeply inspired by the symbolism of the lotus, rising above muddy waters, as it reflects the human spirit’s incredible capacity to overcome challenges and hardships. To me, this resilience is a powerful reminder that beauty can emerge even from life’s most difficult circumstances.”
