“I am passionate about helping people build self-awareness, resilience and emotional balance. I believe therapy is a space for exploration, growth and healing—and I’m honored to walk with clients through that process. My background in both education and healthcare has shown me how powerful a supportive relationship can be in times of struggle and change.”
