“Helping people discover their authenticity and sense of purpose amongst life’s challenges is very rewarding for me. I have taken different paths in my career such as working in outpatient, residential and inpatient settings, whether that be in the role of a therapist or a psychiatric nurse. This has helped me further embrace the twists and turns that we all learn to adapt to in life. I work to encourage a sense of personal growth, inner peace, humor, and self-acceptance while providing a safe and nurturing environment to process life’s stressors. The privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate difficult situations and celebrate successes continues to fuel my passion for supporting others.”
